About

Storyteller at Heart

Even as a young child Sarah would conjure up stories with her imagination, sharing them with anyone who would listen. She would often steal her mothers typewriter and bang away on the keys to create her childish tales (sorry mum).

Sarah's developed her storytelling and writing quite a bit since then, but the thrill of language and creation she first discovered as a child has never gone away.

She finally decided to write her first novel in 2020 and has no intention of slowing down anytime soon.

Sarah lives in Essex with her husband and two young daughters and when she's not writing will probably be watching Peppa Pig with a gin in hand.

Get in touch if you’ve got any comments, questions, suggestions, or just want to say hello. Sarah would love to hear from you.

Neil Gaiman

I think it’s really important for a writer to have a compost heap. Everything you read, things that you write, things that you listen to, people you encounter, they can all go on the compost heap. And they will rot down. And out of them grow beautiful stories.
